Hey guys, in case you do not know about this yet, tickets will be needed to attend this year's Display Band Competition at HCI. I managed to email the cca officer in charge and this is his response.

"Dear Faisal,

As the grounds of Hwa Chong Institution is significantly smaller than that of the National Stadium, we have decided to issue tickets for the event. Tickets can be collected from CCA Branch, 21 Evans Road from 3 April 08 onwards. The collection time is from 9 am to 5 pm. Tickets will be issued on a first-come-first-serve basis and each person is entitlted to a max of 4 tickets. "
